I have seen many people especially college going students and high school students, whose emphasis is more on “Becoming cool”. In other words, becoming cool is the new cool, for that, they ride bikes which they cannot even handle or manoeuvre around, they smoke cigarettes, weed, do drugs and this might take us to places where I don’t want to touch for now. In other words, all they want is to become KABIR SINGH. Now that might seem cool but, for how many days or rather years?
Human body is a wonderful creation of god, it can reform or heal in its own, but not forever. With habits like these, it can go the other way, which can make you sick and you know that already. So, you need to add some healthy habits to your living ASAP.

The most important habit you need to inculcate right now within yourself is FITNESS and, I am here to give you 5 reasons why you need fitness.
To Have More Mental Peace
People from all around the world have adopted yoga into their lives which was originated in India and now they all believe that it is the best therapy for one’s body and mind. Some yogis also claims that weight loss is possible with yoga, which makes it a great in-home exercise.
Well, I strongly recommend everyone to do at least 5-10 mins of meditation, where you sit in absolute silence with zero thoughts and concentrate only in your breathing, because a thoughtless mind can only attract new things into your brain. Like Sylvester Stallone said in movie Creed, “You need to stay quiet coz, while you are speaking you are not learning“. In the same way, unless or until you don’t have a clear or thought-free mind you cannot attract new things in life. So, meditation can earnestly bring you the mental peace you require.
To Accumulate more money(Health is Wealth)
This one might sound cliche but you cannot ignore that how significant this point is. As we all have seen people who accumulate a lot of money but don’t have a proper health to enjoy it, and we have also seen people who spent all their money in treatments and medication and eventually left with nothing.
Fitness in a way or other can help you cut this extra expenditure from your bank accounts. In the case of genetic disease, it increases your healing ability by around 50% and in the worst case by 10%. Now, it is up to you whether you want to spend money on your treatment and medication or you want to make well use of that money.
Declines Obesity
Obesity rates are now going at its peak all around the world and people are still becoming more reluctant. They will eat whatever you offer them in the name of fast food as a result we are second highest in the world when it comes to diabetic patients. To be exact, we have 77 million diabetic patients and according to the national family health survey in 2017, one in eight Indians suffer from hypertension. In India, high blood pressure is one of the major causes of premature deaths.
To tackle this, there are some core workouts which are highly beneficial and you don’t even have to do this regularly, just 2 times a week will work.
Makes You More Attractive
Just like most of us whine about when we shop online that, “This dress looks nice on that model but it doesn’t look nice on me”. It is not the dress that didn’t look nice, it’s your body structure. When you will exercise regularly and get yourself in shape then it doesn’t matter what dress you wear even a T-shirt will make you look attractive. Also, when you are fit, people will start looking at you differently.
Reduces Old-Age Problems
If you will spend time with old age people then you will come to know that, how many disabilities they are facing like they cannot bend their knee, they cannot walk without a stick and many more. On the other hand, if we see our evergreen actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Dharmendra, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvester Stallone, they all are still fit with nominal disabilities and the reason is, they chose fitness as their habit at their early age.
So, the benefits of fitness are enormous and all it takes is 10-15 minutes from your 24 hours schedule. And my friend, if you cannot spare this much time for your health then I feel sorry for you. Now it is up to you whether you want to have a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life or you want to have a life relying on others to do your daily work.

I was in the grocery store the other day buying health food, and the lady behind the counter exclaimed “Eating healthy is so expensive!” My reply was you can pay now, or you can pay later with lousy health, and prescription meds.
